Registration Fees

Early bird registration ends on 15 October 2018, 2359Hrs, Singapore Time.

Access to all Conference activities is subject to registration.

Please visit LINK to register. Payment will need to be made online, through Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa or American Express).

All rates showed are per registration. All rates are in Singapore Dollars and subject to 7% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

*Student pass registration:

(a) Must register with an education institution email address ( must contain ‘edu’ in the email address)

(b) Will be required to show proof of academic status prior to collecting their badge on-site at the Conference.

** Failure to produce proof of your academic status will result in a charge of the non IEEE member standard registration rate at S$800.00.

 

Notes:

  • Separate registration fee for Tutorial on 10 December applies.  Fee includes 2 coffee/tea breaks and 1 lunch.
  • Second and subsequent per paper registration fee of S$335.00 will apply.
  • For registrants who require a Visa letter, please note that the application for Visa will take about three weeks to be processed. There will not be a refund if you have registered and are unable to apply for your Visa successfully. Registration should be done at your own discretion.

Cancellation Policy


This is a NON-REFUNDABLE conference. Registrations are however transferable (see Substitution of Delegates Policy below). Should you have extenuating circumstances, you can submit your substitution request to spec2018@ntu.edu.sg. Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.

Substitution of Delegate Policy

Substitutions, including those made on-site, are allowed with the written permission of the original registrant. Requests for substitutions will only be accepted by email to spec2018@ntu.edu.sg. The substituted delegate must be from the same organization as the cancelled delegate. There can only be up to one (1) substitution per delegate.
